Creating a book
Starting a book is free: you create the project, prepare the manuscript by hand, use a limited amount of free AI help and hear a few voice samples of your own text. When you publish, you pay one specified order: the base publication ($30) covers one edition, one language, a standard voice and up to 120 estimated minutes of audiobook, with chapter structure, technical audio check and publication on AIBOOQ. A longer book adds $8 per started 30-minute block; a premium voice $4 per started hour; AI language editing $4 per started 10,000 words; an AI cover $8; launch texts $4. The price is fixed when you approve the order and is never raised afterwards; changes to the scope need a new order. The audiobook is made after payment and you approve it before publication. A part that cannot be delivered is refunded; if the book itself cannot be made, the whole order is. Prices include applicable VAT for consumers.
Buying a book
Every book costs $3. It stays in your library. Access starts immediately, so by buying you agree to immediate delivery and waive the right to cancel.
Authors
Of every book sale, 78% is credited to the author and 22% to AIBOOQ. The creation fee is separate and belongs to AIBOOQ. Before publishing, the author confirms they hold the rights to the text, images, cover, music, sound and voices in the book.
Film and TV rights — Honeydog Ltd
Publishing a book on AIBOOQ includes this statement, which the author confirms for every book they publish:
“By publishing this book on AIBOOQ, I transfer to Honeydog Ltd the exclusive, worldwide rights to adapt it for film, television and other screen productions. I keep every other right to my book.”
It applies to books published on or after 2026-10-01. The author keeps all other rights, including the audiobook, the text and the 78% share of every sale on AIBOOQ. The confirmation is stored with the book, with its date and version.
Reports
Anyone can report a book. AIBOOQ may take a book off sale at once while a report is looked into.
